Background
Use of dietary supplements is common among people living with HIV/AIDS. Because dietary supplements are used in the context of other health behaviors, they may have direct and indirect health benefits. However, supplements may also be associated with vulnerability to medical misinformation and unfounded health claims. We examined use of dietary supplements among people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWH) and the association between use of dietary supplements and believing medical misinformation. Methods: A convenience sample of 268 men and 76 women living with HIV was recruited from AIDS services and clinics in Atlanta, GA. Participants completed measures of demographic and health characteristics, dietary supplement use, beliefs about dietary supplements, internet use, and an internet evaluation task designed to assess vulnerability to medical misinformation.

Congo is experiencing one of the deadliest conflicts on earth; four million people have been killed in the war there. What can we do about it? Yoga for Congo Women is a not-for-profit that helps women in the Democratic Republic of Congo. It was started by Ann Richmond, who read an article in Yoga Journal about a woman who had traveled to Rwanda with Women for Women International, an organization that helps women survivors of war rebuild their lives. She went to the website and learned about the violence in Congo. “I was stunned, and felt ripped open inside. I had to do something,” she recalls. Soon after she participated in a Run for Congo Women, inspiration struck: “I could see how yoga could interweave with knowledge and empowerment in a truly unique and beautiful way. Maxillary sinuses are glands located behind our cheekbones. Occurrence of tumors in the maxillary sinuses is common. According to the definition presented by the National Cancer Institute, tumors are masses consisting of extra tissues, which are formed with newly produced cells that are created without any need. Tumors can be benign or malignant. A benign tumor is usually not known for causing any health issue. A person will suffer from severe health problems due to benign tumors only if these tumors impede the sinus drainage or block the airflow. The malignant tumors, on the other hand, are formed of cancerous cells. As the disease progresses, the malignant tumor in the maxillary sinuses tends to spread outside the sinus glands affecting tissues of other body parts.

COLUMBUS, Ga. — When Adrian Weldon has a few minutes to spare, he’s probably going to use them to text.
“I came here to kill time and text,” he said, sitting at Lakebottom Park Thursday afternoon. “At least it’s not driving and texting.”
Weldon said he uses his phone mostly for texting, sending quick messages while he’s at work and can’t call people on the phone, and when he’s bored. If you ask him if he’s addicted, he says he’s not sure.
“My girlfriend says I am,” he said.
If Weldon is addicted to his phone, he’s not alone.
A study by Case Western Reserve School of Medicine found that teens who spend a lot of time on texting or on social media are also more like to use drugs or alcohol and get into fights.
But ignoring your phone can be difficult.
A recent article in the New York Times by author and brand consultant Martin Lindstorm claimed the top three most powerful affecting sounds in the world are baby giggles, the Intel chime and a vibrating phone.
Weldon confesses to feeling lost without his phone. He
