How to Get Motivated to Run

Running is a popular form of exercise, and very effective at strengthening the heart, sculpting and toning muscles, and burning fat. But even experienced runners know that it can be difficult to lace up those sneakers and get out the door (or into the gym) for a good run. Having the energy and motivation to run isn’t always easy. Use a Heart Monitor

A heart monitor straps around your chest and calculates your heart rate. By determining what range your heart rate should be in during a run, you’ll be able to figure out how long you can run without burning out too quickly.
